Formerly a decommissioned Tank Farm that has been thoughtfully transformed into a thriving green space, Springdale Green stands as a fantastic and inspiring example of Adaptive Reuse. This project illustrates how innovative design can repurpose industrial sites into vibrant community areas that promote environmental sustainability and enhance the overall quality of life for local residents.
