Grace Nicholas
COO/CMO
Grace Nicholas is the COO of Crux Climbing Center, a popular climbing gym with multiple locations in Austin, TX. She is a passionate advocate for the climbing community and has been instrumental in Crux's growth and success. She is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for climbers of all levels.
Nicholas is also involved in the company's community outreach programs, such as the Be Empowered To Ascend program, which provides adaptive climbing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
In addition to her work at Crux, Nicholas is a member of the board of directors for the Austin Climbing Community.
